ZoiShop Bookmarks!

A lot of people think that paper books are a dying breed. I admit, I even have a Kindle and love my reader. But that doesn't mean that I don't believe in hard copies of books. Our new bookcase is full of them. I had wanted to create photo bookmarks for a while, but I couldn't figure out how to go about creating something that I could make at home, and not have to order via the Internet. I finally decided on laminating! And so far, I really like the way my new bookmark line at ZoiShop has turned out.

Xcaret Mexico 2012

Below are just a handful of photographs from my trip to Mexico with my mum in July. We went to Xcaret park and several archaeological ruins like Tulum. One of my favorite aspects of the trip was getting to see such a different wildlife in the jungle. It was also the first time in forever that I'd been on a plane! It was a bit nerve-wrecking, but I occupied myself by taking photographs out the window.
