I cannot believe it has already been 40 days since I began my 365 day photography project, and I have yet to run out of things to photograph or miss a day. I'm starting to see how many different styles of photography you can try out and am truly happy with my experience so far.
That one was fun! I'd been wanting to try something like that out for a while.
I guess the first part was the egg, I just cracked the top off and washed it out after making some eggs for breakfast. Then I took one of my succulents and put it into the egg with a little bit of soil to weigh it down. I used super glue to glue it down to some plain white paper that was folded in half for the background and foreground. I stuffed in vase rocks to even out the weight so it wouldn't go lopsided since a succulent isn't the lightest plant. And when I finally got it to stay, I just used lighting equipment to get rid of the paper look.
